Pottery Classes

Our pottery classes, taught by owner/studio potter Chuck Koucky, will give you a familiarity with clay and its creative possibilities regardless of your experience with clay.

Beginning-level students will have time on the potter’s wheel, slab roller, and extruder. These classes will also explore hand-building techniques including coil work, “pinch pots” and drape molding. Intermediate and Advanced Students will be offered instruction in specialized techniques. Raku firing can be taught at all levels.  Classes are small to allow each student time with Chuck for individual instruction.
